Aquarius does not recognize superiors unless they earn his/her respect, they are unconventional, and hates formality.   Aquarius will only talk at length with someone if they have something interesting to say.   With Taurus the material things and security plays a big role, but not so with Aquarius.   Aquarius enjoys work for the sole sake of sharpening the intellect and increasing his/her knowledge base; frequent job changes result from the quest to satisfy these needs.

   Any differences he/she may have with Taurus, or anyone else, is expected to be discussed in a sensible and cool manner, disdaining emotions that Aquarius feels impairs the judgment.   The time Aquarius takes to sort out other peoples problems and to save the world will stir the Taurean jealousy up to a fever pitch.   Unfortunately for Taurus there is so sympathy or empathy forthcoming from Aquarius.

   Aquarius puts a low emphasis on sex and places it far down on the list of necessities.   This attitude could cause Taurus some major upsets as he/she will not be able to accept the problems of the whole world sharing his/her bed, which could cause Taurus to become over demanding in Aquarius' eyes.  This is a good match to shy away from, not made in Heaven...definitely!

   The Taurus and Aquarius business partnership will not succeed any better than the personal partnership for many of the same reasons.   Both are fixed signs and not likely to do any changing, and unless the business itself is mentally stimulating Aquarius would soon jump ship.   Best to pass this one by.
