Rules of Using
  1. First and most important...NO Adult sites will be considered, no risque', nudity, sexually suggestive or profanity. If your site is like this then that is your business not mine, but please don't submit it and waste a lot of your valuable time writing and sending an e-mail that will never be acknowledged.
  2. The DESIGN and most of the HTML work should be yours and at least part of the graphics should be your own and not 'lifted' from other than free graphics sites or purchased.
  3. Content must be apparent and helpful to your visitors. All bells and whistles are not what is considered 'content'. Relevancy counts in this rule.
  4. Personal web pages are not considered IF they only consist of hello I'm so and so and introduce a pet animal (or some such) before sending you off on another stop on the 'ring'.
  5. Home pages with Relevancy, ie: something helpful or uplifting to the spirit WILL be considered. (I have seen some beauties that I really love and I intend to return and award them.)
  6. Any commercial site (other than porno) will be considered as long as it is not just one big advertisement; you need to give something: information, games, whatever; as well as sell something.
  7. This one is a biggie! Be sure to test your links and graphics, as broken links and broken icons can ruin the very best of pages!
  8. Last but not least, SPELLING please check your spelling for errors before submitting. A chance misspelling or a typo will not count against you. If your site is riddled with them then they will cause you to miss out.
  9. I will personally visit your site to evaluate it for the award in 24 to 48 hours. If you fail to qualify then just change or correct some things and try again.  :-) (I would like to see everyone be a winner.)
  10. All awards should be linked back no matter who hosts the image.
